DANG! THE ANGER
DANG! THE ANGER
~vanshika eunni
Expectation causes anger
When the outcome is not in our favour we get frustated or lose our chill. when we reach apex point of this emotion, we try making it up to them but sooner we reflect upon firing back and losing our patience . This does'nt happen always , its just the messed up thoughts in our mind and you need to make your point of explanation properly .
We expect things to happen or have hopes on something and that comes out to not reach our expectations , that's when we get frustated. Just because of expecting things and them not matching our reality ,we find it difficult to accept but if we think the other side of the box we should not put any expectations on the other person or on something and if we end up putting expectations all that can happen is we lose our patience and get over loading thoughts which is not necessary.
Its okay to feel frustated or get angry on someone but then we must know to put the emotion in a limit and know how to deal with it . All matters is your self-esteem , but there should be times you should put it into proper words and explain them what makes you feel tensed or frustated. Once you calm down and get the patience to explain the opposite person then speak up and make your mind conscious to understand the situation in a broader way.
Creating tension between both of you, arguing and saying hurtful things makes it even worse. Never hold grudge on the other person cause holding grudges and taking revenge doesnt make any sense of maturity or understanding .Try to think stepping in thier boots and understanding thier situation.
Just think about the future circumstances and proceed to speak.
so mark your words while making them.
Remember to forgive but never let them cross the limits of speech to you .
Be savvy at what you speak and have clarity of the point your making thier.
Stay healthy and think positive :)
hope you got my point
