QUARANTINE

Nothing has been normal since the virus started to affect people. Seems like everything is going to end, nothing feels exciting to do. Stress, Anxiety, and depression have been with us throughout the journey. We are tired and sick of this feeling. Life moving with the same pace and nothing to heal.

Things have been hard. Waking up for the same kind of days, while Hundreds of thoughts going through our mind. Most of them going unanswered while some having the repeated answers. Neither everything went perfect nor dealing with this was easy. Both mentally and physically we are exhausted .

Dreams, Goals, and plans are the abandoned words for this situation. It's still okay to dream about the future and plan it wisely, people are getting hopeless with their daily life but going the other way we can say that we are creating energy for ourselves and finding better ways to ignore this negativity.

In a certain way this situation made us even stronger. The more we fall, the more we learn to grow. Importance to your mental health has been a rigid part of this quarantine. We tried to do what we can do at this right moment to make our self feel better.

  All the positive words like ' stay strong ' 'please be happy'  have just been heard for so long. Just try listening to yourself, what do you want to do to make yourself feel better. Don't try to hide from the dark sides of life, just pass through it. The shadow always reflects how strong a person can be.

For now, everything may seem so low and down. This was hard to pass on, but we are still going through this, Life always cannot be motivating or happy. Not all things just flew by, days to months and months to a whole year but things have been going on in life. Either good or bad but we are still on the boat. We decide to row the boat forward or to sink into the ocean. 

Problems are just like the waves, one passes while the other comes towards us. It's just a never-ending list of things in life we have problems with. We always got adjusted to it and learned to stay strong. 

Try not to overthink any type of thought, once you fall into the deep thoughts it's hard to bring yourself back again. The days may repeat but with a different attitude sounds better. Small things in life set to a beautiful part of it. 

Just a reminder that pain gives pleasure. Don't expect someone to appreciate you, just appreciate yourself. 


Learn to live it while loving it. 

You got this, this too shall pass.
